Order Return Policy | PURA
- Products may be returned within three (3) days from the date of order delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to the customer’s account within 3–8 business days from the date the returned product is received by the shipping company.
- International orders (outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) are non-returnable.
- Delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD) services are paid services provided for receiving and paying for the order at delivery. In case of return after delivery, the delivery/COD fees will be deducted.
- The return policy does not apply to damaged or used perfumes.
- The return policy does not apply to any face, hand, or skincare products.
